We were tasked with creating a unique and memorable architectural complex for the tourist infrastructure of the Kaliningrad coastline — a project that would fit organically into the landscape and reflect the character of the Baltic region. Work began with forming and approving the vision of the future investment together with the Drugaya Arkhitektura bureau. At this stage we offered a wide range of concepts — from quick hand sketches to detailed 3D models — exploring various scenarios for the architectural appearance. Through intensive and productive collaboration, an architectural concept was established, which we reinforced with a series of expressive visualizations that fully conveyed the plasticity of the forms, the atmosphere of the place, and the subtle interaction of architecture with the nature of the Baltic coast. This visualization highlights the elegance and scale of contemporary urban environments in Gliwice. Careful attention to lighting and materials brings the architectural concept to life, emphasizing a refined vertical rhythm. The approach illustrates how the project integrates with the city skyline and its surroundings.
