The project was inspired by the aspiration to give a new, contemporary look to the city's main hotel — its landmark central property. Through productive collaboration with the “Drugaya Arkhitektura” bureau, numerous reconstruction concepts were developed and presented, each offering a unique vision for the building's renewal. Ultimately, the choice fell on an impressive solution featuring a ventilated facade and an expressive mural adorning the end facade of the building. The next stage was the creation of high-quality visualization demonstrating how the proposed architectural solutions integrate harmoniously into the urban context and shape a new image for the entire street.
